β€’ Drive multiple simultaneous projects from start to finish and deliver value to our end customers. β€’ Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. β€’ Establish and track Program success metrics. β€’ Create and manage long-term goals. β€’ Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. β€’ Manage a program team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. β€’ Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality and team member performance. β€’ Establish communication structure and facilitate program communication. β€’ Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. β€’ Identify, communicate and mitigate Program risks. β€’ Ensure management and leadership have visibility into status, resourcing needs, shifts in delivery timelines and escalations for program. β€’ Demonstrate stellar stakeholder management and executive presentation skills. β€’ Create and enforce cross-functional accountability across all business and technical groups & levels using soft and hard levers. β€’ Collaborate with colleagues within our Technical PMO and across all other functions.

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of experience working as a technical project manager or program manager, leading medium to large software development projects. β€’ Project management, Agile development, process improvement/quality certifications are (e.g. PMP, CSM, Lean or Six Sigma). β€’ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent. β€’ Superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow-through on tasks. β€’ Direct experience using Agile methodologies for managing projects and coaching teams. β€’ You bring a positive attitude and know how to motivate your team to stay positive during challenging situations.
