β’ Plan and execute large-scale, Google & LinkedIn Ad campaigns. β’ Monitor and evaluate the performance of paid campaigns against KPIs, implementing new strategies and tests across channels. β’ Ensure the most effective channels are utilised to maximise client performance and achieve the best ROI/ROAS. β’ Create monthly reports for clients, showcasing key insights and performance data using Google Analytics, CRM systems and internal dashboards. β’ Identify growth opportunities. β’ Manage client communications and liaise with both internal and external teams. β’ Identify inefficiencies in accounts and implement optimisation strategies. β’ Implement platform specific tracking (primarily through Tag Manager). β’ Work closely with the Head of Paid Media on overarching paid media strategy. β’ Collaborate with the copy & design team to develop creative assets and compelling ad copy.
β’ UK-based. β’ 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within the B2B SaaS sector. β’ Strong knowledge of the full Google/Microsoft suite (Excel/Google Sheets preferred). β’ Proven experience managing and growing paid media campaigns. β’ Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4). β’ Excellent analytical, technical, and mathematical skills. β’ Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. β’ Excellent organisational and time management skills. β’ A balanced analytical and creative mindset with strong attention to detail. β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. β’ Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce). β’ Familiarity with Meta & Facebook Business Manager (Desirable but not essential). β’ Experience using landing page tools such as Unbounce (Desirable but not essential). β’ Any relevant marketing qualifications or certifications (Desirable but not essential). β’ Experience with project management tools (Desirable but not essential).
