• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing Sevaa’s hosting infrastructure • Design & Implement a next-generation DevOps Pipeline • Maintain existing infrastructure delivering managed WordPress & Drupal hosting • Evaluate current local development environment and implement improvements • Contribute to Documentation Library on infrastructure, internal policies, and procedures • Virtualization platform evaluation • Infrastructure monitoring evaluation • Ensure documentation of Sevaa Network is accurate and kept up to date

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Self-driven with a growth mindset and a proven track record of self-improvement • Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Drupal • Familiarity with Privacy Laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA • Deep understanding of performance metrics and techniques to improve them • Experience with Operating Systems: Ubuntu, CentOS, CloudLinux • Experience with Services: Apache, Nginx, Memcache, MySQL, MariaDB • Experience with Security: CSF, iptables, ModSecurity, Snort • Experience with Monitoring: Zabbix, StatusCake, PagerDuty, syslog • Experience with Applications: WordPress, Drupal • Experience with CDN: Cloudflare, StackPath • Experience with Control Panel: cPanel • Application performance monitoring for PHP and JavaScript based web applications • GitLab for git hosting, CI/CD, and package management • Containerization
