Requirements
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MD (Psychiatrist), PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) • Current, unrestricted mental health license • 10+ years of clinical experience, with at least 5+ years in a high visibility leadership role • Seasoned leadership, communication, and change management experience, with at least 5+ years of direct experience overseeing a provider team • Proven track record in designing and scaling clinical operations nationally as well as across commercial and Medicaid patient populations • Experience in developing and implementing organizational models in healthcare settings • Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
