📋 Description

• Seven Starling is looking to add a Group Therapist to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical team to consistently deliver high quality care to your group members. You will start by leading five to seven groups per week. • Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with experience in maternal mental health and group therapy. You will excel in this role if you are excited about working at an early stage company, pioneering the future of women’s mental health, and are motivated by the broad impact that you will have in your role!

🎯 Requirements

• Currently independently licensed as a Psychologist with authority to practice under PSYPACT • Licensed in NY a plus • Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting • Have experience running groups within perinatal mental health (e.g., NICU, women's clinic, women's PHP/IOP program) • Have experience running virtual group therapy, preferably for at least 2 years • Drive to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population • Passionate about the benefits of group therapy and skilled in leading group therapy sessions • Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
