• Investigate and respond to disputes submitted by customers through internal channels or on behalf of customers by the credit bureaus • Research, develop and build process improvements for responding credit bureau disputes • Investigate and respond to CFPB, Attorney General, and other state agencies complaints • Lead projects designed to enhance credit reporting and disputes processes • Maintain current knowledge of FCRA, Metro2, and other regulatory guidelines
• Bachelor's Degree • 2+ years experience in a credit bureau-related role • CDIA certification or the ability to obtained one within 90 days • Familiarity with Metro2, e-Oscar, and FCRA guidelines • Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to change • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to self-motivate with little oversight • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fintech, banking, or financial services experience
