• This is a remote role for candidates based in Canada • Looking for an experienced engineering leader to manage multiple teams across several disciplines • Responsible for the growth and scaling of both the tech and the people in your organization • Challenges include keeping Sezzle secure, building/maintaining tooling for vulnerabilities, and scaling up data infrastructure • Other challenges include partnering with data teams and ensuring compliance with standards
