📋 Description
• Installation, Konfiguration und Betrieb serverseitiger Kunden-Applikationen • Administration und Überwachung von Middleware-Komponenten und Datenbanken • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Administrationsaufgaben mit Ansible, Bash & PowerShell • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung nach ITIL-Standards im Rahmen von SLAs • Direkter Kundenkontakt zur technischen Beratung und Abstimmung • Pflege und Erstellung von Betriebsdokumentationen sowie Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten
🎯 Requirements
• Berufserfahrung im Linux- und/oder Windows-Server-Umfeld • Erfahrung in der Administration von Middleware-Komponenten (z. B. Apache, IIS, JBoss, Tomcat, WildFly) • Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Datenbanken wie MS SQL, Oracle & PostgreSQL • Sicherer Umgang mit Automatisierungs-Tools wie Ansible, Bash oder PowerShell • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise im ITIL-Service-Management-Umfeld • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
