• Erarbeitung von Strategien und Produkt-Roadmaps für unser Produkt Opus::L • Beschreibung der Entwicklungsanforderungen für neue Produkte und Module • Entwicklung von Preisstrategien und Businessplänen • Identifikation von Potentialen sowie die Konzeption neuer Produkte oder Module • Enger Austausch mit Kunden, Entwicklung, Service, Vertrieb und Marketing • Regelmäßige Analysen von Markttrends, Zielgruppen sowie des Wettbewerbs • Unterstützung von Service und Vertrieb im Rahmen der Kundenberatung (Angebotserstellung und Produktpräsentation) • Präsentation und Vorstellung der Produkte bei Kundenveranstaltungen, Tagungen und Messen
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (MTA, MTLA) oder ein erfolgreich beendetes Studium im Gesundheitswesen • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im direkten Laborumfeld • Sehr gute Kenntnisse über Abläufe und Prozesse im klinischen Labor sowie bei Einsendern • Gute Kenntnisse von Laborinformations- und / oder Order Entry-Systemen. • Hohe IT-Affinität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Motivation, sich in Prozesse der Softwareentwicklung einzuarbeiten • Eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein • Selbstbewusstes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Kollegen • Freude an der Arbeit im Team • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
