• Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing goals and brand voice. • Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts. • Build and nurture relationships with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and engaging in conversations. • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to ensure our strategy remains relevant and effective. • Work closely with the marketing, design, product teams, and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new features, products, and company initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the tech or finance sectors. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). • Experience with community management and building online relationships. • Comfortable working EST hours + ad hoc community management check-ins as needed. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus. • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
