📋 Description
• Support the Services team in defining business requirements during project scoping • Implement HubSpot automation across all Hubs • Collect and analyse data to provide valuable insights for project support • Manage project timelines and key stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with expectations • Assist in HubSpot account setup tasks • Configure HubSpot portals • Create and manage properties or pipelines based on project spreadsheets • Handle data synchronisation and curation • Collaborate with development and project teams to implement workflows, ensuring operational efficiency • Provide progress reports on project status
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc in configuration and implementation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly collaborative, with a strong attention to detail • Previous experience in analytics and data modeling • Demonstrable evidence of successful project delivery • High level of customer centricity • Experience in integrating marketing automation and CRM solutions is highly desirable • Direct experience with HubSpot integrations • Strong background in backend development • Familiarity with UI and UX components • Excellent client management skills
