📋 Description
• Develop products across multiple sectors, including foam fabrication, wood container design, and aerospace components • Create sketches, diagrams, and illustrations to communicate design concepts • Develop and test prototypes using foam, wood, and aerospace-grade materials • Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create precise 2D and 3D models • Ensure all designs comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and client specifications
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field • Proficient in CAD software and 3D modeling tools • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in foam fabrication, wood construction, or aerospace components • Excellent sketching and visualization skills • Understand material properties and their applications in product design • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Excel in communication and teamwork • Experience working directly with clients to develop custom product solutions (preferred) • Prior experience in prototyping and testing to refine designs (preferred) • Familiar with sustainability principles in industrial design (preferred)
