Description
• Resolve customer cases per defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to address bugs • Provide updates for urgent cases every 8 hours • Maintain documentation for cases • Be available during on-call hours • Support team growth by sharing expertise • Actively participate in weekly team meetings
Requirements
• Strong communication abilities • Proficiency in Angular, HTML, CSS, C#, and Progress (OpenEdge) • Ability to work in a Linux environment • Experience with Web Application Development • Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate documentation • Commitment to knowledge-sharing and continuous learning
