🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role • experience in agile software development methodologies, DevOps best practices, and cloud-based architecture • strong background in technical leadership, including architectural decision-making and system reliability improvements • experience working with financial services, fintech, or SaaS platforms is a plus • strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and align technical execution with business objectives • experience driving technical innovation, with a track record of implementing new technologies and improving engineering efficiency
