• Drive the "Amazon Obsessed with Winning" model by delivering daily performance projections, insights, and analysis for business tracking. • Design and implement custom data solutions and dashboards that integrate multiple data sources, supporting data-driven decision-making for the US business. • Partner with the Center of Excellence teams to maintain data integrity and align analytics with future data strategies. • Prepare executive reports on key performance indicators, providing leadership with actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. • Lead cross-functional meetings to enhance sales performance and profitability. • Conduct in-depth analytical research to provide assortment and promotion planning recommendations. • Manage and evaluate promotional plans by measuring ROI and margin productivity. • Deliver weekly competitor analysis, category insights, and SKU-level performance rankings, sharing actionable recommendations. • Prepare and present Daily/Weekly/Monthly analytics reports to monitor business health and identify opportunities for improvement. • Conduct pre- and post-promotion analyses to quantify brand and category impact. • Assess digital shelf presence through online store walks, ensuring optimal visibility and positioning of key products. • Identify, quantify, and communicate market and retailer trends, issues, and opportunities. • Collaborate with sales directors to support retailer meetings and strategic initiatives.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a strategic sales or commercial analytics environment. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office skills. • Experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools is required. • Proven ability to develop custom data solutions and manage multiple data sources effectively. • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
