Description

• Shift5 is seeking a full-time Integration Engineer to join our expanding team • You’ll be at the forefront of deploying Shift5 products, integrating hardware and software into innovative solutions • Prototyping new capabilities to unlock value for our diverse customer base • You will serve as the linchpin for integrating Shift5’s cutting-edge software and hardware components • Your cross-functional collaboration is crucial to meeting our customers' stringent requirements

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience with at least one major programming language, such as C/C++, Python, or Golang • Significant experience in the administration of Linux systems • Proficiency with data pipelining tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Tekton, GitHub Actions), and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) • Prior experience with CANbus, MIL-STD-1553, SAE J1939, ASCB, and/or ARINC-429 protocols is highly advantageous • US Citizenship is required
