Description

• Meet with clients to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business. • Conduct site visits to carry out observations and time and motion assessments. • Interview internal stakeholders, gather and process data to understand existing processes and process gaps. • Develop AS-IS process flows using the Visio tool to identify opportunities for business improvements. • Carry out time and motion assessments to cost existing processes. • Re-engineer existing processes to reduce waste and cost by 20-30%. • Document optimized processes in the form of business procedures. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and approvers to garner alignment and approval on optimized business process flows and procedures. • Train staff on the optimized processes and oversee the implementation of revised business processes. • Carry out post-implementation monitoring of the new business processes to ensure adoption and value realization. • Carry out time and motion assessments to cost optimized processes and present management reports to leadership. • Stay up to date with the latest business practices and technologies. • Generate reports and presentations utilizing qualitative analysis. • Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Business related field. • 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst. • 3+ years documenting business process flows and documenting procedures. • Proven portfolio of completed projects. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience using Visio to document process flows. • Experience conducting process costing. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good interpersonal and interviewing skills. • Experience with team management. • Strong research skills.
