β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. β’ 1-2 years of experience in operations, client services, or a similar role. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. β’ Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems preferred. β’ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
