📋 Description

• Help manage day-to-day coordination and facilitation of portfolio operations. • Receive invoices from third party loan administrators. • Update amortization schedules with new rates and revised balances. • Track incoming wire payments for principal, interest and/or fees. • Send monthly reminders to investment team about ACH amounts and dates. • Prepare monthly ACH file using system reporting and prior month data. • Maintain list of legal and/or other fees to be reimbursed. • Process/negotiate NDAs using guidelines provided by internal legal team. • Perform confirmation of debt/equity balances in response to requests from auditors. • Track and follow up with internal counsel for post-closing legal/diligence deliverables. • Manage receipt and tracking of collateral, inclusive of warrants and stock. • Ensure all loan documents are collected and stored appropriately.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (in a business, accounting, or finance concentration preferred) • High level understanding of the investment process. • Ability to read and interpret legal documents and terms. • At least 1 year of professional experience with loan and/or treasury operations is strongly preferred. • Must be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to take ownership of processes.
