Description

• Provide consultation services to organizational leaders on key strategies and training for high performance. • Work collaboratively with SDL client executives to identify needs and implement strategies. • Create and implement leadership development programs to support clients' objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required, preferably in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Adult Education or related field. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in internal consulting working with managers, management consulting, organizational development, change management or a related field. • Demonstrated knowledge of OD theories, philosophies and methods, adult learning styles and interactive teaching methods, coaching and consulting with individuals and teams, change management theory, organizational and needs analysis, principles of customer service, and employee engagement theories.
