• Shockwave Medical is a fast-growing medical device company focused on revolutionizing the treatment of advanced cardiovascular disease. • The National Sales Manager Spain will develop and expand a regional sales team to deliver best in class performance for revenue and growth. • Responsible for building, managing and developing the direct sales force in Spain. • This person will have a highly visible position and will be a key player to bringing the Reducer therapy adoption to a higher level in Spain. • The national sales manager Spain will contribute to the continuous development of a growth strategy focused on increased therapy penetration, driving revenues sources, and delivering customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual in Spanish, fluent in English. • Experience in the medical device market, especially interventional cardiology; good clinical cathlab experience. • Excellent communication skills and convincing personality. • High willingness to travel. • "Can do" attitude. • Strong practical commercial execution background. • Proven problem solver. • Knowledge of in-country sales channels. • Good knowledge about medical device market situation (competitor activities, pricing etc.).
