Description

• Proactive management of complex calendars to ensure effective and efficient day to day scheduling • Excellent management of multiple email inboxes to ensure prompt replies and maintaining of business needs • Maintain our Hubspot CRM system- inputting and organizing relevant client and creator data to keep accurate records and notes. • Attend both internal and external meetings for comprehensive note taking & action item tracking to keep track of follow ups and action items. • Prep the team for meetings in an excellent way (market research, background information, prep notes shared ahead of time.) • Ensure the VP, Creator Partnerships & President hit deadlines and deliverables • Ad-hoc projects across the organization and maintain project timelines to ensure completion. • Partnership with Talent team on scheduling interviews or onboarding of new employees • Event planning company outings, creator events, dinners, holiday parties or other similar events

Requirements

• 1-2 years supporting an Executive in a remote or hybrid corporate environment • Bachelor’s Degree • Outstanding organizational and communication skills • Expert in Google Suites, Zoom & Microsoft Office • Fierce “can-do” attitude and mindset- no ask is impossible! • Team-first mentality • History of creative problem solving and elite executive support
