Description
• Process business requests for the following: Vendor due diligence, purchase requisitions, Non-Disclosure Agreement generation, Teaming Agreement generation, closeout documentation, archiving and receiving. • Work directly with engagement managers and leaders to understand requests and process according to business policies and procedures. • Liaison with in house attorneys. • Adherence to established SLAs
Requirements
• Ability to prioritize and support multiple requirements in a fast pace environment • Strong communication skills • Experience working with vendors/suppliers and in a customer service role • Experience with agreement negotiations • Contractor teaming strategy • Requisitioning in a procurement system
