β€’ Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. β€’ Acquires follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and supports new business development by leading major proposals personally, or through subordinate managers. β€’ Manages a directorate within a division. β€’ Has supervisory and developmental responsibilities within a functional area. β€’ The program director manages one or more projects or programs, may manage an operating office and supervises professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines. β€’ Maintains aggressive efforts to achieve objectives. β€’ Acts as a technical liaison with vendors. β€’ Trains and supervises personnel. β€’ Assists in proposal process and coordinates with Pricing Department when required. β€’ Responsible for all phases of the program budget. β€’ Performs analysis for contract reviews with various software. β€’ Develops Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services. β€’ Prepare Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations. β€’ May be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff. β€’ Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task. β€’ Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare forecasts of program financial performance. β€’ Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports. β€’ Program Planning and Strategy. β€’ Project Oversight and Coordination. β€’ Stakeholder Management. β€’ Subcontractor Management. β€’ Leadership and Team Management. β€’ Budget and Resource Management. β€’ Risk and Issue Management. β€’ Continuous Improvement.

β€’ Experience defining Kessel Run program objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals. β€’ Experience developing and maintaining Kessel Run program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets. β€’ Experience identifying risks and creating mitigation strategies to ensure program success. β€’ Experience managing and monitoring multiple interdependent projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. β€’ Experience tracking progress, performance metrics, and program milestones. β€’ Experience serving as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members. β€’ Experience communicating program updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders regularly. β€’ Experience gathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback to optimizing program outcomes. β€’ Experience providing guidance and support to team members and leaders within the program. β€’ Experience fostering collaboration and communication across teams and departments. β€’ Experience ensuring alignment of program activities with organizational values and objectives. β€’ Experience developing and managing program budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met. β€’ Experience allocating and optimizing resources effectively to achieve program goals. β€’ Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact program success. β€’ Experience resolving issues and challenges quickly to minimize disruption. β€’ Experience conducting program reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement. β€’ Experience incorporating lessons learned into future program planning and execution.
