Description

• Software Developer/Systems Engineer to support an exciting DHS software development and system support program • Develop applications using Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, and Angular • Work with the overall program team in design and development of new applications • Analyze and solve complex application development needs • Support hardware integration, middleware, and configurations for production deployments • Experience working in a SecDevOps environment • Troubleshoot production issues

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters's degree with a minimum of 6 years of previous relevant experience • 2-3 years of experience of Cloud administration/ Cloud migration/Cloud Engineering • Experience with Java, JavaScript, AWS, Agile processes • Familiarity with Win API, JSON messaging • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/HTML • Working knowledge of Visual Studio IDE • Familiarity with AWS Microservices • Experience in supporting 24x7x365 operations • Knowledge of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and JIRA
