We need driven people who will make things happen. • As an Operations Manager at Sidecar Health, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing insurance operations processes across multiple divisions, including Account Management, Claims Operations, Member Care, and Provider teams. You’ll partner with department leaders to ensure that business needs align with headcount and budgetary constraints, while also driving strategic initiatives, such as capacity planning, change management, and project leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management, Business Operations, or a similar role with a proven track record of improving budget management and resource allocation in fast-paced environments • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management, with expertise in creating, analyzing, and maintaining complex budget and capacity models • Background in consulting, program management, or financial/business operations • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams with business objectives • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and aligning business needs with financial goals • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Expertise in change management and driving process improvements • Strong capacity planning and budget management expertise • Ability to analyze processes and propose scalable solutions
