📋 Description

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial idea to launch, ensuring a cohesive flow from backend to frontend. • Produce clear and efficient code, actively engage in code reviews, and champion technological excellence. • Translate business needs into creative and technically robust solutions. • Collaborate closely with clients and product owners, transforming their visions into technical realities. • Create comprehensive technical documentation, simplifying the onboarding process for newcomers. • Proactively seek and implement improvements in engineering and organizational workflows. • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and career development. Advocate for the team's needs. • Lead sprint planning, effort estimation, capacity planning, and release management. • Guide technology decisions and stack improvements; anticipate scaling challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year in a lead role • Frontend experience: TypeScript, React • Backend experience: TypeScript or Python, Node.js or FastAPI • Experience with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, etc) • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, CircleCI, Github Actions, etc) • Growth mindset: able to quickly learn new languages, frameworks, and more • Strong written and verbal communicator in English • Bonus skills: • Experience using AI tools for accelerated development (e.g. Cursor) • Experience building products using Generative AI / LLMs (e.g. using OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, finetuning, etc)
