• SIG provides consulting services, solving problems in higher education for 35 years. • Ideal candidates have experience in the IT department at a college or university or technical consulting.

Requirements

• 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry • Expert knowledge of current Banner technologies and expert PL/SQL experience • Solid experience coding in at least one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, Groovy/Grails • Experience with database and IDE tools such as SQL Developer or Toad, Eclipse, or intelliJ • Experience in web development with HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/JSON, RESTful Web Services • Experience with version control software such as Git • Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects and exercise sound problem-solving • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service approach • Strong desire to learn and collaborate with team members and clients • The ability to travel
