Description

• You will craft financial tools and experiences for consumers, financial advisors, and financial executives. • You will work closely with our engineering teams to help them maintain our design and accessibility standards. • You must be able to take complex concepts and simplify them into easy-to-understand workflows and visualizations. • You could be asked to design delightful experiences for multi-step onboarding forms, product marketing pages, user education content, and complex data visualizations. • You will nurture our design vision, working with product management and engineers to iterate and ensure we build innovative solutions to our partners' problems. • You will participate in user research sessions and partner meetings to define and prioritize requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience • Portfolio showcasing your best work: strategy, process work, a variety of conceptual directions, and outcomes • Familiarity with industry standard apps and tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. • Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is preferred • Interest in finance or personal finance • Strong interaction design and UX design skills • Experience with building a design system and marketing & sales collateral is a nice to have • Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or other design-related field
