Description

•Lead development and execution of a data-driven product roadmap in healthcare. •Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate priorities. •Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on requirements. •Maintain and execute data product roadmap aligned with strategic goals. •Monitor key product metrics and assess product performance for improvements. •Serve as primary contact for product-related questions, addressing stakeholder issues.

Requirements

•2+ years of total work experience demonstrating increasing complexity and scope in roles and responsibilities •2+ years of experience in product management and/or business analyst role •In-depth understanding of healthcare data, electronic health records (EHR), claims data, and healthcare analytics. •Experience overseeing complex data integrations both internally and externally. •Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, especially HIPAA. •Demonstrated success in developing and executing product roadmaps (preferably in the healthcare sector) •Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple scrum teams. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
