Description
• Lead the development and execution of a data-driven product roadmap in healthcare • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope, and communicate priorities • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on product requirements • Maintain and execute data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals • Monitor key product metrics and conduct regular reviews to assess product performance • Serve as primary point of contact for all product-related questions
Requirements
• 2+ years of total work experience • 2+ years of experience in product management and/or business analyst role • In-depth understanding of healthcare data, electronic health records (EHR), claims data, and healthcare analytics • Experience overseeing complex data integrations both internally and externally • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, especially HIPAA • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product roadmaps (preferably in the healthcare sector) • Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple scrum teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • SQL proficiency strongly preferred
