Requirements

• JD degree, with admission to a state bar. • 5-10+ years of experience, with a strong background in commercial and tech transactions and revenue generating deals. • A clear concise communicator who can explain complex and nuanced issues in plain and simple terms. • Experience supporting a global sales organization and keeping pace with a steady volume of commercial transactions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Must be comfortable working in lean teams and wearing multiple hats. • Can successfully manage workload and priorities with minimal oversight. • An approachable team player, problem-solver, and a good sense of humor.
