• Collaborate with Project Managers and development teams to draft user stories. • Collect and interpret requirements from clients. • Act as the primary liaison for clients. • Assist in developing the product roadmap. • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders. • Verify that product features meet acceptance criteria and participate in UAT. • Help shape and communicate product vision. • Stay updated on industry trends for product improvements. • Review feedback to drive enhancements in product features.
• Demonstrated expertise in defining and managing business and technical requirements for software products. • Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs effectively. • Skilled in leading backlog refinement sessions. • Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements. • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Advanced knowledge of Jira for managing backlogs, tracking progress, and facilitating communication. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in English.
