📋 Description

• Lead and manage large-scale DoD hardware and services programs • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets • Drive technical implementation and ensure delivery excellence • Manage and mentor a team of implementation specialists • Build and maintain strong relationships with DoD clients and vendors • Identify and pursue business expansion opportunities • Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and security requirements • Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and implementation strategies • Oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects • Resolve escalated technical and programmatic issues • Support pre-sales activities and proposal development • Manage vendor relationships and contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field with a specialization in Radio Frequency (RF) • 10+ years of technical program management experience • 5+ years of experience managing Program Manager on IT related programs • 3+ years of consulting and supervisory experience • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes • Demonstrated experience managing complex technical implementations • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage client relationships • Excellence in solution design and system integration • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Oracle Cloud ERP Financial certification required • PMP certification or equivalent required • DAWIA certification preferred • Technical certifications relevant to DoD systems preferred
