• We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive innovation and growth in our insurance product offerings. • You will make a tremendous impact in the behavioral healthcare space by taking the complexity out of health insurance for practitioners and their clients, and expanding access to affordable care. • To succeed in this role, you have experience in RCM or insurance, defining product strategy, making prioritization decisions, spending time with customers, running experiments, transforming complicated problems into easy-to-use solutions, and using AI and ML to solve user problems.
• 5+ years of experience in product management • Experience working on RCM or insurance products • Demonstrated experience turning highly complex problems into elegant solutions for users • Passion for getting deep into the details of a product space/ industry and comfort with handling edge cases and complexity • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decisions, segment user populations, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and present complicated topics to a range of audiences
