• The Oracle Cloud Financials Product Manager is responsible for analyzing, modifying, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Accounts Receivables, Collections, Subscription Management) and other non-Oracle applications under minimal supervision • This position is in the Business Technology department, but it works primarily with Business users to understand business requirements and ensure that Oracle applications function properly and meet business needs across the organization • This role will lead in helping with day-to-day operations, identifying current operation procedures, clarifying system objectives, interpreting and evaluating business requirements, and designing and executing test scripts and test scenarios in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Primarily monitor and support day-to-day Billing/O2C operations, working directly with users around the globe (primarily US and India) • Understand the current Business Processes and Solutions deployed, and help with O2C production support, new enhancements and new international rollouts • Leans in with recommendations and leading practices for the Order to Cash area to maximize the use of Oracle throughout the organization • Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions, respond to business queries and concerns promptly • Prioritize outstanding issues, support cases, ensure the deadlines are met • Works with business leads to gather new requirements and document them through functional specifications and process flows • Support the key quarterly business process transformation initiatives to improve efficiencies around critical activities • Will be responsible for executing all changes/enhancements in Order to Cash/peripheral modules (AR, Collections and Subscription Management), including hands on configurations in these modules, working closely with O2C Product Owner • Promote user adoption by facilitating user acceptance testing and training for new enhancements • Creation of reports in OTBI and Reporting services
• Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems related fields • Excellent Organizational and interpersonal communication skills • Proactive management of work and strong collaboration skills • 5+ years of related Functional/Techno Functional Consultant/Business Systems Analyst/Product Owner/Product Manager experience • At least 2+ Full cycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience • Expertise in Process Design and Architecture in Oracle Financials modules (AR and Collections) • Understanding of IT change management practices and Oracle Cloud Lifecycle Management • Ability to be agile and navigate extremely fast moving/growing organization with goal focus • Strong background in financial concepts and accounting practices alongside system solutioning • Proven experience in streamlining and supporting month-end close process • Working knowledge of Oracle RMCS and CPQ integrations with AR is a plus • Prior experience in handling customer master and auto invoice integrations is a plus
