Description

• Lead and manage an R&D team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our training modules and scenarios. • Work closely with the product management team to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. • Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure delivery of high-quality training products. • Mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional growth. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in training development and cybersecurity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in R&D with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Bachelor's in Computer Science, a related field or commensurate experience. • Strong knowledge of project management practices, methodologies, and tools. • Proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver desired outcomes on time and within budget constraints. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. • Experience with agile development methodologies. • Strong knowledge of R&D industry standards. • Familiarity with networking, software development, and cloud computing.
