Description

• You will be at the forefront of protecting digital landscapes from evolving cyber threats. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers. • Design elegant and intuitive experiences by understanding customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints. • Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and other design artifacts. • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions. • Present design work to UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership. • Stay organized, manage time effectively, and prioritize work between multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on an enterprise product, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Miro. • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders. • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions on time and within budget. • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. • Strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude. • Ability to work efficiently, demonstrating bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
