• Beratung, Planung und Durchführung von Projekten zur Neu- und Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensanwendungen sowie deren Supportorganisationen und Prozesse • Durchführung von Workshops und Anforderungsanalysen • Erarbeitung tragfähiger Konzepte • Prozessdesign • Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen auf Management-Ebene • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Junioren (Mentoring) • Sicherstellung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung im Management von IT-Projekten (idealerweise SAP S/4HANA, M&A IT Carve-Out und PMI, Information Security, Supply Chain Management, IT Service Management, Master Data Governance/Maintenance) • fundierte Kenntnisse in marktüblichen Projektmanagementmethoden, inklusive entsprechender Projektverantwortung • hohe Eigeninitiative & Selbstständigkeit • exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit • gute Englischkenntnisse • ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb DE, AT, CH • Leidenschaft für Beratung
