• Beratung, Planung und Durchführung von Projekten zur Neu- und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Prozesse und IT-Organisation unserer Kunden • Scope Definition und Abstimmung mit IT-Management (C-Level) • Erstellung von Designspezifikationen • Planung und Steuerung der (agilen) Implementierung inkl. fachlicher Koordination von internen oder externen Entwicklern • Kommunikation zwischen IT und Fachbereichen herstellen und steuern • Erarbeitung und Dokumentation von ITSM Assessments • Fachliche Unterstützung im Presales • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Junioren (Mentoring) • Sicherstellung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrung in ITSM Prozess- und Organisationsberatung • vorzeigbare Kenntnisse in relevanten Software-Lösungen (idealerweise SAP Solution Manager, JIRA oder ServiceNow) • Erfahrung mit SAP • fundiertes Knowhow in marktüblichen Frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) • hohe Eigeninitiative & Selbstständigkeit • exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit • gute Englischkenntnisse • ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb DE, AT, CH • Leidenschaft für Beratung und fachliche Führungsaufgaben
