• We are seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to lead and own three critical facets of our learning programs: revenue responsibility with enterprise customers, didactical consulting and conception of enterprise learning programs and trainer management. • If you are passionate about technology, AI, and education and have an entrepreneurial mindset, we want you on our team! • As a Senior Learning Consultant at Bots & People, you will be responsible for the following: Revenue responsibility. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique training needs and challenges. • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns related to our learning programs. • Didactical Consulting. • Oversee the end-to-end learning journey for our learners, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience, leveraging AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes. • Expert recruitment. • Provide trainers with the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver high-quality training programs. • Foster a collaborative environment for trainers, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. • Project Management. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans for learning programs, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. • Ensure that learning programs are executed on time, within budget and considered successful for our customers. • Moderation. • Facilitate live trainings with enterprise customers on the topics of genAI, Low Code or Process Automation together with seasoned experts in these field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. • Possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills • 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably collaborating with L&D Departments of large enterprises. • Experience in designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in consultancy/agency or fast-growing B2B edtech environments • Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills. • Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen, persuade, and support • Independent work style, high level of commitment, and service-oriented mindset • Sufficient Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies • Basic understanding of L&D and IT structures in large corporations • Able to simplify complex knowledge for beginners in digital, analytical, and technical fields
