📋 Description
• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung sicherheitsrelevanter ADAS- und automatisierter Fahrfunktionen durch Produktberatung und -engineering. • Durchführung von Gap-Analysen, Reviews, Assessments, Analysen und Audits. • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung normativer Anforderungen, bewährter Methoden und Branchenstandards. • Hands-on Coaching unserer Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Zulassung sicherheitsrelevanter Produkte auf System-, Hardware- und Softwareebene. • Anwendung technischer Fähigkeiten und Soft-Skill in verschiedenen Rollen je nach Fall, als technischer Berater, Sicherheitsingenieur, Prozessentwickler, Moderator und Coach.
🎯 Requirements
• Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Physik, Mathematik oder einem ähnlichen technischen Bereich. • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Software- oder Hardwareentwicklung für Embedded Systems. • Berufserfahrung im Bereich ADAS und automatisierte Fahrfunktionen ist von Vorteil. • Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und im Coaching dieser Themen auf Deutsch und Englisch. • Gute Kenntnisse in Sicherheitsmethoden: HARA, TARA, FTA, FME(D)A, DFA, STPA usw. • Gute Kenntnisse in ISO 26262, ISO 21448 (SOTIF), ISO 21434. • Erforderliche Soft Skills: Pragmatische, strukturierte, kommunikative und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise. • Bereitschaft, verschiedenste Arten von Kunden zu unterstützen und zu befähigen. • Bereitschaft, einen Beitrag zur Erweiterung der Wissensbasis von FSQ Experts in Bereichen wie CyberSecurity und künstliche Intelligenz zu leisten. • Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation mit hervorragendem Projekt- und Zeitmanagement. • Fähigkeit, verschiedene Projekte parallel zu betreuen. • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (beides mindestens Niveau C1).
