Description

• Drive profitable growth for the Family customer segment • Plan and coordinate cross-functional projects to drive revenue growth and improve customer retention • Manage digital marketing agency on family acquisition strategy and campaigns • Discover platforms or tools that improve customer performance and generate revenue growth • Participate in the creative development process for new assets and landing pages • Coordinate feedback loop of creative, audience, and messaging insights • Incorporate test learnings into campaigns and track learnings over time • Find new ways to reach or retain customers through segmentation and creative executions

Requirements

• 4-6 years of paid media experience, preferably working with B2C brands reliant on paid advertising • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (SEM) campaigns at minimum monthly spend of $50K • Hands-on experience partnering with Lifecycle and Product to drive revenue growth for new customer acquisition and improve retention rates • Hands-on experience testing into new channels and proving ROI for those channels • Comfortable with managing marketing budgets across multiple channels while optimizing toward blended CAC targets • Strategic, tactical, creative, and motivated, with strong attention to detail • Strong data skills including analyzing, visualizing, and extracting insights • Strong written and verbal communication – able to articulate data insights and optimization plans
