• About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our client’s dynamic digital marketing team. • The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affiliates and partners, driving growth through affiliate channels, and ensuring successful performance across campaigns. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in affiliate program management. • Key Responsibilities: • Build and manage a strong network of affiliates, ensuring alignment with the company’s marketing goals and values. • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve traffic, brand awareness, and sales targets. • Analyze performance data to optimize affiliate programs and maximize ROI. • Negotiate contracts and commission structures with affiliates to drive mutually beneficial partnerships. • Provide training and support to affiliates to enhance their promotional efforts. • Monitor and report on affiliate performance, identifying areas for improvement. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance the affiliate program. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all affiliate channels. • Oversee the development and growth of the affiliate program, including onboarding new affiliates and managing existing partnerships. • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners to maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. • Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve conversion rate and overall ROI. • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize promotional materials, including banners, links, and product feeds. • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for affiliate partnerships and industry trends. • Provide regular performance reports to management, track KPIs, and use insights to improve program results. • Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to industry standards, compliance regulations, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience managing affiliate marketing programs. • Proven track record of driving successful affiliate partnerships that result in increased revenue. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Proficient in affiliate marketing tools and platforms. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing. • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing commission structures. • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices. • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies. • Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, etc.). • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Google Analytics. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
