📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing and driving the success of Global Knowledge’s portfolio of learning products for the infrastructure product lines. • Develop and execute strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across various market segments and channels. • Ensure product line performance, profitability, and general market fit and acceptance. • Lead the product lifecycle management, from ideation and development through to enhancement and retirement of learning and certification products. • Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly product result trends with insights and analysis to help drive internal strategy and fine tune operations for the best on-going results. • Create GTM collateral for sales enablement and engagement including value proposition, sales tools, and customer persona identification. • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within a product line to grow Global Knowledge’s market share and drive product adoption. • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and implement strategic roadmaps that support the organization’s long-term vision and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Drive product innovation and enhancements that align with market needs. • Create and present decision proposals based on facts from the market and facilitate customer centric calls to determine new product needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have product knowledge within network infrastructure e.g. networking, routing, security, switching etc. • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree • Portfolio Management Expertise: Deep experience in product lifecycle management, with a focus on learning and certification products, driving growth and meeting customer needs. • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to develop clear, actionable strategies using data-driven insights. • Leadership: Proven ability to influence outcomes in a highly matrixed organization, with clear communication of strategic goals and strong presentation skills. • Cross-Department Collaboration: Effective in working with diverse teams, including marketing, sales, and technology, to achieve business results. • Industry Knowledge: Experience in learning, certification, or professional services with an expertise toward technology and its associated fields. • Global Perspective: Capable of managing products for a worldwide audience with an understanding of market nuances and trends.
