📋 Description
• Analyze business processes, understand client requirements, and develop solutions based on best industry practices • Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of the NetSuite solution for various customers • Configuration and customization of our customer’s NetSuite instances • Provide ongoing post go-live support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration • Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integrations • Analyze business procedures and determine the appropriate modifications to be applied to the software • Assist in the development of specifications, configure the system, oversee and deploy environment modifications • Host meetings directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze situation and provide solutions • Work in conjunction with programmers and project managers to coordinate efforts and meet deadlines, as well as providing a status of the work in progress and providing input to help adjust the planning • Provide training to end users during the implementation phase when necessary
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience • Proven leadership in 5+ medium-sized implementations • Solid understanding of core business processes • Clear and confident communication skills • Comfortable working in a client-facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders • Expertise in multiple NetSuite modules (Eg. ARM & Suite Billing) • Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general vertical-specific industry experience
