• About Skylight: A technology startup aiming to bring families together through consumer products. • As Senior Product Designer, steer creation, validation, and launch of new products. • Expert in customer and product understanding necessary. • Contribute to roadmap discussions and feature considerations. • Own end-to-end design across multiple features and projects. • Develop solutions validated with customers and data.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end consumer-facing mobile-first product design. • A portfolio of work that demonstrates a breadth of visual and interaction design skills and a proven impact on business metrics • Commitment to craft and product excellence • Humble, collaborative, and service-oriented approach to your career • Scrappiness and bias towards action • Experience delivering 0-1 products from concept to launch. • Background in designing social networking mobile apps and consumer subscription apps. • Experience with software design incorporating hardware components. • General e-commerce design experience and designing for TV screens. • Passion for connecting people and facilitating meaningful relationships. • Leadership in product direction and strategic thinking. • Demonstrated use of user research and data in your product design portfolio.
