Description

• Shape and implement our comprehensive sports growth strategy, leveraging market insights and understanding customer needs and competition. • Tackle broad, ambiguous challenges, transforming them into clear, valuable, and delightful solutions. • Integrate user research and data insights into every stage of development. • Apply best practices across various platforms and devices, contributing to a cohesive design system. • Mentor and provide feedback with humor, grace, and empathy to teammates and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital product design experience for iOS, Android, and web platforms. • Well-designed portfolio showcasing excellence in visual design, interaction design, prototyping, motion design, micro animations, and product thinking. • Track record of designing products meeting or exceeding industry accessibility guidelines. • Experience leading a user-centered design process from end-to-end. • Proficient in Figma, Origami, After Effects, and other design tools for creating concepts, prototypes, assets, and specifications. • Strong product sense with an ability to build products the market needs. • Passion for sports, coupled with deep industry knowledge. • Strong analytical background, leveraging data to drive business decisions. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy. • Experience in designing for sports products is a plus.
