β’ This is a remote position. β’ We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage our real estate properties. β’ The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling rent management, accounts payable, administrative tasks, and property management duties. β’ Strong English composition and fluent communication skills are essential for this role. β’ If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate, we encourage you to apply. β’ Responsibilities: Oversee rent management and collection processes, handle accounts payable and maintain financial records, perform administrative tasks related to property management, ensure efficient operation and maintenance of properties, communicate effectively with tenants and address their inquiries and concerns, collaborate with maintenance and repair teams to address property issues, monitor property budgets and expenses.
