We are passionate about building a robust and scalable platform that accelerates innovation and enables seamless management of containerized applications, no matter the underlying infrastructure or orchestration solution. •About the Role: •As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for our expansive application orchestration platform. This platform encompasses not just EKS but also other container orchestration solutions across diverse server and serverless environments. You will be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product vision, requirements, and delivery.

Requirements

•Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containerization technologies, and cloud-native application development. Experience with EKS, EKS Anywhere, or other managed Kubernetes services is a plus. Familiarity with AI/ML applications in the context of orchestration is highly beneficial. Relevant experience with networking concepts and technologies is also ideal. •Product Management: Proven track record of successfully managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. •Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. •Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, driving consensus and alignment on product goals. •Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape relevant to Smarsh's business. •Industry Certifications: AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and expertise in cloud technologies.
