🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of proven experience in paid media management. • Expertise in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) • Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, targeting options, and performance measurement. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) and bid management platforms. • Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, StackAdapt) is a plus. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring junior team members (Account Managers, Performance Associates). • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. • Strong client communication and relationship management abilities. • Ability to collaborate across departments and drive business growth.
